As we continue to expand our team, we are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Workday HCM Integration Consultant to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM integrations to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and integration needs.
- Configure and maintain integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Keep abreast of Workday updates and industry best practices related to integrations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data structures.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
