Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Functional Financial Consultant and hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Support all Workday related initiatives in Finance.
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and leading Workday Financials Project activities.
- Minimum of one full life cycle implementation with Workday Finance
- Provide support for Workday issues and triage support tickets.
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
- Participate and support user acceptance testing, and partner as needed with training, change management and user adoption team.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
- Create and maintain dashboards, standard and custom reports on a scheduled or on-demand basis.
- Identify bugs, defects, or areas of improvement in both configuration and business processes.
- Research and document solutions in Workday community
Minimum 3 years of Experience implementing workday.
