Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both India and international recruitment. This role requires proficiency in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various positions. The recruiter must be comfortable with flexible working hours and is expected to join with short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both India-based and international roles.
- Source candidates using job boards, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build a strong network of potential candidates for future roles.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor while interacting with candidates.
- Support onboarding and collaborate with the HR team on various tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in both India and international recruitment.
- Proficient with recruitment tools such as job boards, ATSs, and sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in Slack and MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High professionalism with strong work ethics and a collaborative demeanor.
- Ability to be flexible with work timings as required, given the global nature of the role.
- Ability to join quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
