Position Summary

AssistNow seeks a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This leadership role is critical to AssistNow's success as we expand our footprint in cloud solutions, digital transformation, and  SaaS markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with AssistNow’s short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve optimal performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Conducted tailored product demonstrations and presented AssistNow’s value proposition effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and product offerings with sales objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Workday or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and cloud solution landscapes.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitive analysis in the SaaS domain.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000 annually.
  • Eligible for commission and performance-based incentives.
  • The full benefits package includes group insurance, paid time off, and observed public holidays.
  • Equity opportunity after the first three months of employment, based on performance.
