Job Title: Workday HCM Integration Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.
2. 
   
3. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and create integration solutions aligned with those requirements.
4. 
   
5. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure the reliability of data exchange across Workday and other systems.
6. 
   
7. Participate in integration testing phases, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
8. 
   
9. Maintain integration-related technical documentation, including data mappings and workflows.
10. 
    
11. Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
12. 
    
13. Keep up to date with the latest Workday features and updates, incorporating them into existing integration solutions.

• Certification     : Workday Studio Certification is required.
• Experience        : 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core                                       Connectors, and EIB.
• Strong experience in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday's business process framework.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality solutions under tight                timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-         technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial modules is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations.
3. In-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
4. Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data structures.
5. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Workday Integration Certification is Mandatory.
