Role Overview:
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis, combined with your experience in Workday Adaptive Planning, will be crucial in helping our clients optimize their financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide expert guidance.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the solution.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Workday Adaptive Planning and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development of best practices and methodologies for Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification is highly preferred and adds value to the application.
