Workday Functional Consultant - Recruitment / Talent & Performance with Core HCM + Absence (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with expertise in Development Configuration Support for the following main modules:

Main Modules:

1. Workday Recruitment
   Additional Modules: Core HCM + Absence
2. Workday Talent and Performance (emphasis on Performance)
   Additional Modules: Core HCM + Absence

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AMS and minor enhancements in at least two projects within the main modules (Recruitment or Talent & Performance).
• At least 2 end-to-end development configuration support experiences in the main modules.
• Strong emphasis on Workday Talent and Performance, particularly in the Performance module (for the second main module).

Other Details:

• Remote working option available.
• Minimum experience: 5+ years.
• Immediate profiles are required due to the urgency of the requirement.

Preferred Locations:

• Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, NCR, Pune, or Mumbai.
  Consultants will be required to visit the TCS office on an ad-hoc basis when needed.
