Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy

- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.

- Manage and train the business development team
Requirements and skills
- 5-6 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in Software Support Sales or customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
