Lead and manage Kronos implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Oversee the integration of Kronos with other systems using Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to Kronos, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project execution.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Kronos, Boomi integration, and system migration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevent experience.
UKG Certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Kronos implementation and integration.
Proven experience with Boomi integration platform.
Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, and related modules.
Experience with data migration from legacy systems to Kronos.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
