Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Integration and Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Workday HCM functional configurations and system integrations. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end Workday HCM implementation, optimization, and integration projects, ensuring that Workday meets business needs across HR functions such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the functional design and configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Configure business processes, security roles, and reporting structures in Workday HCM based on client requirements.
Workday System Integrations:
- Manage the integration of Workday with third-party systems such as Payroll providers, time tracking systems, and other HR solutions.
- Work with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and other integration tools.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with HR teams, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration and business process implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, user training, and presentations to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of Workday solutions.
Process Optimization & Support:
- Recommend and implement solutions to streamline and optimize HR processes using Workday best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain clear documentation for Workday configurations, integration workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and integration outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM functional configurations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Experience with Workday integration tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and the ability to configure and integrate them in Workday.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system integrations and functional issues.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and HR business users.
- Ability to lead training sessions and user workshops on Workday features and functionalities.
Certifications (preferred): Workday HCM Certification is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
