Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting. In this role, you will work closely with HR teams to implement, configure, and optimize Workday solutions to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Implementation:
- Lead the functional design and configuration of Workday HCM modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, gather business requirements, and ensure system configurations align with business needs.
Process Optimization:
- Provide recommendations to optimize HR processes using Workday best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to design workflows, reporting, and integrations to improve HR operations.
Support & Training:
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Conduct training and workshops for HR users to ensure effective system adoption.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR teams, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and integration of Workday solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Experience in system configuration, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Workday-related issues.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical HR stakeholders.
Certifications (preferred):
- Workday HCM certification is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
